Buying a new toilet is an investment for your bathroom. The Kohler Cimarron might just be the one for you.  This is a versatile, high-efficiency toilet that offers a comfortable sitting height and strong flushing technology.

Even with such a powerful flushing system, the Kohler Cimarron only consumes 1.28 gallons per flush while still effectively cleaning the bowl. Thanks to the low water consumption, this toilet is EPA WaterSense certified, which can lead to significantly lower water bills.

This Kohler two-piece unit is WaterSense-certified and ADA compliant!

Flushing Power

This unit utilizes 1.28 gallons per flush, saving you thousands of gallons a year, when compared to traditional 1.6 GPF units. But even with less water, the Cimarron does not sacrifice on suction strength!

The Cimarron toilet harnesses gravity in its precision-engineered tank to increase siphon strength; this prevents any clogs and eliminates any chance of lingering streaks. The toilet’s AquaPiston canister increases flushing power by letting water flow in through every side of the bowl. The high-quality canister resists warping and deterioration withstanding the true test of time.

The Cimarron also has a 3:2 flush valve ratio that optimizes flush performance. The durable canister design has 90% less exposed seal material than traditional three-inch flappers, which means less chance of leakage!

Smart Design

You’ll notice right away the Cimarron’s oval bowl and round trapway. The toilet’s exterior is glossy and soothing, making it a perfect edition to any bathroom aesthetic.

The Cimarron comes in white, biscuit, almond, dune, ice grey, sandbar, and black black; a left-handed polished chrome trip lever is included but a seta and supply line are not.

The model utilizes the Kohler DryLock system to cut down on installation time and prevent water leakage. For installation, you’ll only need a socket wrench! Long gone are the days of drilling bolt holes into the tank.

The Cimarron has a Comfort Height of 16.5” and comes with an elongated bowl shape. These features, along with the lever positioning make the toilet ADA-compliant. The toilet’s chair height helps users take pressure off their knees while sitting and standing up.

Optional Accessories

Although the Cimarron does not come with a seat, there are plenty of compatible Kohler products to choose from. Consider the Cachet Quiet-Close toilet seat, which prevents unintentional slamming, or the Purefresh seat that comes with its own deodorizer. Or step it up a notch by purchasing the K-4108 self cleansing toilet for the full bathroom spa-experience.

Model Comparison

The Cimarron collection features toilets that from the outside all look like cousins, but differ in specific features. Cimarron toilets are available with exposed, concealed, and skirted trapways; we’re partial to the skirted trapway as it cuts down on cleaning time.

Units are also available in 1.28 and 1.6 GPF. We think the 1.28 GPF units deliver as much on flushing performance as the more water-consuming units. Water-saving units save you time and money. The 1.28 GPF models provide what you need while being good for the planet and your wallet.
